Pullman & Comley Attorneys On Planning Committee for Brownfields 2009 and RetailGreen 2009
Two members of Pullman & Comley, Brad Mondschein and Lee Hoffman, have been requested to serve on the planning committees for two upcoming conferences. Mr. Mondschein has been asked by the International Council of Shopping Centers to serve on the planning committee for the RetailGreen 2009 Conference. Mr. Hoffman has been asked to serve on the planning for the Brownfields 2009 Conference.
ICSC launched the RetailGreen conference last year in Addison, Texas. The conference drew over 500 attendees and featured tours of the super-green Wal Mart including an exciting climb to the roof. The RetailGreen conference is part of the ICSC's SEED program which is promoting Green Building, Energy Efficiency and Best Practices for a sustainable future.
Brownfields 2009 is sponsored by the EPA and the International City/Council Management Association (ICMA). The National Brownfields Conference draws close to 6,000 participants each year. The Conference is the largest, most comprehensive conference focused on cleaning up and redeveloping abandoned, underutilized, and potentially contaminated properties in the nation.
